Kim Kennedy, a real estate agent at Larry Kahn Real Estate, Inc. along with Karen DeMarco, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College with a double major and a double minor.
She worked in the film and television industry for twenty years and is a member of the Directors Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Kim has always had an interest in real estate, as she grew up in a family heavily involved in the real estate market. Her grandfather was a successful broker/developer on Miami Beach from 1930-1987, when he retired at the ripe old age of 78. Kim earned her real estate license in 2006, but only started practicing in 2010. She is also a real estate investor and owns five rental properties in the Tampa Bay area.
